Last Saturday night, Alan and I "forced" the kids to go with us to Kentucky Shakespeare in the park. Well, that's not entirely true. Grace wanted to go. David had to be bribed with the promise of pie from the Pie Kitchen (which was closed by the time the play was over... Oops).
We saw the the Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) which wasn't like any Shakespeare you have ever seen before. It was a hilarious spoof like performance by three very talented actors. We all laughed, even David.
Once it got dark Will's face showed up on the curtains. Kinda cool, kinda creepy. It was a great night to be outside.
Next up in July is the 2 Gentlemen Of Verona. Can't wait!
