I mentioned yesterday that my friend Jacqueline came for a visit a couple of weekends ago. We had such a good time doing all of the things we all enjoy like walking at the zoo, eating breakfast at Wild Eggs, betting on the horses at Churchill Downs and drinking our fair share of wine.
Saturday June 9th was National Knit in Public Day. I promise that I am not making that up. Grace, Jacqueline and I took our needles and yarn to the race track. We got a couple of funny looks, but we just kept on knitting.
