National Pancake Day

 I'm sure that you probably heard that yesterday was National Pancake Day. I'm guessing that the people at I-HOP invented it to try and drum up business. I heard that they were actually giving pancakes away.

 I'm not a huge I-HOP fan, but I do love to eat pancakes. Last night for supper Alan and I had Fresh Market gingerbread pancakes with cinnamon apples. I had sausage and he had bacon and we both went to bed with happy tummies.

I really hope you celebrated the day with a short stack all your own.
